Delivery Terms & Conditions

 

We're excited to offer our products to customers across the United States, including all 50 states and territories. If you're located in Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territory, please note that additional shipping fees may apply. For those in particularly remote areas or on small islands, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team before placing your order to confirm delivery options. Our team at Outmaker Official works with trusted shipping partners to ensure your purchases arrive safely and securely at your doorstep.

We'll get in touch to arrange a special delivery day just for you. Your order will be dropped off at your front door (ground floor) or loading dock (for those taller buildings). Our delivery champs work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on your chosen day.

If you need a delivery outside of these hours, on a public holiday, or over the weekend, we might be able to swing that for a small extra fee.

We offer fantastic quality stuff at super prices, including delivery right to your doorsteps all around America. Our delivery deal is based on one courier or driver carefully getting your boxed or pallet-packed items to your driveway, loading dock, or other ground-level spot (you tell us where) that's nice and close to the delivery vehicle. You'll need to lend a hand to help the driver unload your things.

It's good to know that the courier drivers aren't our employees and they don't have to carry your furniture to any specific spot.

The cardboard wrapping is there to keep your new furniture safe during the trip to you. It's super important to keep that packaging in good shape. However, the courier can't unwrap your furniture or take away any of the used packaging. No worries though, you can recycle all the cardboard by popping it into your council recycling bin.

Remember, there might be extra charges if:

       You can't be there on the day we agreed upon and we need to do a second delivery.

       It takes more than 10 minutes for the drop-off, including any time needed to get your furniture to your chosen drop-off point (except for ground-floor deliveries, right next to the delivery truck).

       We need extra folks to help bring your stuff to where you want it.

       You switch your delivery address after we've already sent your order on its way.

Delivery Charges

 

The cost and timing of deliveries can differ for various products. They're figured out by looking at things like the size and weight of your order, the type and number of items in your cart, where the items are sent from, and where they're headed. You'll see the delivery cost during checkout before you pay, and it's included in your total order price. Remember, if you make changes to the delivery address or time after ordering, there might be extra charges.

 

Dispatch Time

 

Every product listing tells you how long it'll take to get your item ready. Usually, if we get and process your order before 11:59 p.m. on a business day, we'll send it out in 1-3 business days from the warehouse. Orders from Fridays or weekends will get processed for sending on Monday. Sometimes, it might take longer, like when items are made especially for you. Every now and then, dispatch might take longer due to stuff we can't control or if we need to check payment.

We're all about speed, and we'll give you a shout when we send your item or if there's a delay.Once the goods are shipped, you will normally receive your order within 3-5 working days, but the specific time of receiving the order should be based on the logistics company's specific time.

 

Delivery Methods & Where We Deliver

 

We've teamed up with outside delivery folks to get your stuff to you all around the country. Your order will be sent to the address you give us during checkout or the one you update with our Customer Care team before we send it.

Sorry, but we can't send stuff to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers since they're too small for most of our items. Most of our stuff needs a signature when it arrives.

If you're not home, the delivery person might leave a note and you'll need to pick up your order at an America Post spot or chat with them to arrange a new drop-off.

There are some places we can't deliver to, like spots where items might easily get lost or damaged or areas that our usual couriers can't reach. If this happens, you could use your own courier, but you'll be in charge of insurance and stuff for the order from when we hand it to your courier.

In some cases, we can only deliver in big cities. You'll see this on the product page. Right now, we can't take orders for delivery outside of America.

 

Returns

 

Returns for Changing Your Mind

 

We really want you to be happy with what you get from us. But if you change your mind, don't worry. You can send back what you bought within 30 days of getting it, and we'll give you store credit.

 

For returning stuff because you changed your mind, you'll need to pay for the shipping. This goes for all kinds of shipping deals, like free or discounted ones, even if they applied when you ordered. You'll have to cover the cost of us sending the stuff to you in the beginning and the cost of sending it back to us.

 

 

 

Here's what you do:

 

Go to the 'My Account' page and click 'Get Help' to ask for a return. Or, you can just contact us with your name and order number, and our Customer Care team will set up the return.

And remember:

 

If you're sending stuff back because you changed your mind, it has to be in brand-new shape and packed up safely in the original box.

This means you haven't used, put together, damaged, washed, or cleaned any of the stuff.

 

 

 

Issues with Faults and Damage

 

Damaged Packaging or Product:

 

If you get a product and the packaging or the product itself is really damaged, snap some photos or make a video to show the damage. Don't accept the delivery and get in touch with us right away.

Missing Parts or Other Problems:

 

If you realize later on that a product is missing parts, is broken, faulty, or got messed up during making, get some clear photos or videos of the issue. Reach out to us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of getting your stuff.

 

Finding the Right Fix:

 

The best way to solve a problem with a product depends on what's wrong. The stuff you buy from us also comes with guarantees under the America Consumer Law that we can't leave out. We'll team up with you to sort out a solution that matches your rights under this law. But, just so you know, there are some things that we can't fix:

       Regular wearing down of stuff

       Damage from putting things together the wrong way or changing them (unless we or our folks did the assembling)

       Damage from not using stuff properly or being too rough with it

       Any damage, wearing down, or issues you cause after we deliver (like if the fabric, leather, or wood gets messed up)

       Damage because you didn't take reasonable care to keep the product in good shape

       Only the outside packaging being damaged

       Damage from how you handled or moved the stuff around

       Packaging Disposal:The courier won't unpack your items or take away the packaging. But no worries, you can recycle the cardboard through your local council's recycling bin.

       Extra Charges:Just so you're aware, extra charges may apply if:

       You're not available on the agreed shipping day and a second delivery is necessary.

       The delivery or wait time at your place goes beyond 10 minutes.

       We need extra crew to move your items to your preferred spot.

       You change your shipping address after your order has been sent out.

Your Rights under U.S. Consumer Protection Laws

 

Our products come with warranties that are protected under U.S. consumer protection laws. You have the right to a replacement or refund for major defects, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major defect. These rights are in addition to the warranty provided by the manufacturer. For specific details about your consumer rights, please refer to your state's consumer protection agency or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we don't include any hidden terms, guarantees, or warranties, whether they're from the law or not, that relate to these Terms.

You agree that we won't be responsible for any expenses or harm (like losing money, profits, expected savings, reputation, or business chances, or wasting time) due to these Terms, whether it's because of a contract, something wrong we did, a law, or any other way, directly or indirectly.

If you play a part in causing the problem or damage, our responsibility for it will be less.

To the extent the law allows, you agree that we won't be responsible for more than what you paid for the products that caused the issue.

 

Cancellations

 

You can cancel part or all of an order before it gets ready for dispatch. If you cancel before that, you can pick between getting a store credit voucher or a refund for what you paid for the products (including shipping). Once it's in the dispatch process, we can only cancel or change it if we both agree. Since we aim to process your order quickly, ask for cancellations as soon as you can after ordering. Once stuff is shipped, you can't cancel. And things marked as 'made to order' can't be cancelled at all. For Next day, Fast Track, and Click & Collect items, no cancellations or changes can be made, ever.

 

Exchanges

 

Sorry, we don't do exchanges for our products. Just return what you got according to our Returns policy and make a new order.
